Mental Health Matters: Promoting mental health awareness by detailing shared experiences
My mental health journey started from a very young age, and almost has never stopped. I decided to attempt to find normalcy in alternate coping mechanisms, which resulted in no peace. It wasn’t enough for me — I wanted my life back. I decided that I had to be the one to change it; nobody could help me otherwise. Therefore, I created this website — and my TikTok: mental.health.matters050 — as a way to create a community and hopefully help others struggling with the same. Please feel free to dm me through TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@mental.health.matters050?_t=ZP-8uRaNPbHk46&_r=1) or reach out if you need help. Contact me at contact@mentalhealthmatters050.blog! Just a reminder that this website is in no way a replacement for professional help and merely acts as a channel to work through to eventually reach professional care. With that being said, do not hesitate to reach out to talk if needed!
